    We want you to know that Optivet Referrals is operating at the 'new normal' during these challenging times  – please continue to refer your cases and send us your inquiries as per normal.

    We have a non-contact system in place for pet owners attending our hospital - we take their safety seriously.

    We also have a Telemedicine service for Referring Vets and Pet Owners

    Referring vets and pet owners can arrange an immediate or planned telemedicine consult

    • Our new service allows us to consult alongside referring vets in practice or provide a triaging service for clients at home to avoid travel if possible
    • This gives you the opportunity of adding a new service to your clients with the back up of a specialist referral centre
    • If we cannot make a diagnosis remotely, we can then see the client on site with the cost of the telemedicine consultdiscounted against the price of our normal consult

    Non-contact consults and discharges

    We have a non-contact system in place for Pet owners attending our hospital.

    They simply scan a QR code displayed on our door to initiate a non-contact consult or discharge.
