Senior Insurance Administrator
I started at Optivet in 2017 as a Veterinary Care Assistant, with no previous experience in animal care or the Veterinary Industry. I enjoyed this role very much, working alongside the nurses and clinicians to care for the patients and gaining invaluable experience in animal care.
An opportunity came up within the practice for a full-time receptionist at the beginning of 2019. With my previous background being in retail and management I knew that I would enjoy this role and transitioned on to reception.
I wanted to extend my knowledge as an employee and gain experience working in another area of the practice, I progressed within my role to an ‘Insurance Administrator’ in September 2019.
There has been a lot to learn but I have a great support team and have enjoyed each role that I have had at Optivet.
