Client Care Lead - Client Care Management Team
Lauren joined Optivet Referrals as a newly qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018. She loved the busy world of referrals and learned so much, however due to starting a family, her role has now crossed over to the administration side of the business.
Lauren is now Client Care Manager and loves helping our clients. She has recently completed a Level 5 in ‘Operations and Departmental Management’.
Her hobbies outside of work are eating out, spending time with her family, walking her dogs or riding a horse - when the weather allows!
