Amna graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2010. She worked in small animal practice in Devon and Hampshire following graduation, during which time she completed the BSAVA postgraduate certificate in small animal ophthalmology.
Amna undertook a rotating internship in 2018 at Optivet Referrals Hampshire and undertook a residency in April 2020 – April 2023 under the supervision of Natalia Escanilla Medina, Stamatina Giannikaki, Daniel Costa, Prado Cebrian Lopez and Marta Vinas Portillo.
In her spare time she likes to swim, cycle and spend time with friends.
